Anna is bicultural and offers her services in English and Russian. Anna works with various age populations who present with multiple problems and concerns, such as emotional dysregulation, difficulties in relationships, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
Anna believes in helping her clients develop healthy boundaries and coping skills and have healthier and happier relationships with themselves and others.
Anna's approach to counseling is rooted in humanistic, person-centered principles. She forges authentic relationships with her clients, offering acceptance, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. Her commitment to professional development is evident in her completion of Behavioral Tech’s Foundational DBT Training and EMDR. Anna further demonstrates her dedication to her clients by tailoring and implementing evidence-based interventions that align with their interests and needs.
