Stephanie’s methods of treatment include cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, neuroplasticity and natural forms of healing including nutrition, exercise, sleep, life and work balance and natural forms of stress relief involving releasing endorphins in the brain. Stephanie concentrates on the mind/body connection for a holistic approach. Stephanie has experience working in residential programs, inpatient hospitalization, and outpatient counseling settings in the community. Bringing meaning and purpose back into individual’s lives is at the forefront of Stephanie’s work with clients.
